Finding the right therapist is a big decision. Here are some common questions women have when considering therapy.
I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill (receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they reimburse out-of-network mental health services.
Many clients prefer private pay because:

More flexibility – You choose the treatment length and type without restrictions from insurance.
Greater privacy – Your therapy stays confidential, with no required diagnosis shared with your insurer.
For à la carte sessions, payments can be made at the time of booking or on the day of your session. If you choose a multi-session program, you can pay in full at booking, or we can set up a customized payment plan that splits the total into two or three payments, with the final payment due before your last session. If you need receipts for insurance reimbursement, we’ll discuss the best payment structure for your needs. My goal is to make this process as seamless as possible, so we’ll work together to find a plan that works best for you.
